Spring is here and I love this time of year. Flowers are blooming everywhere and the feeling of "newness" is around. Don't you love the little sound of the birds chirping? What a perfect time for renewal of life!

About Me

I come by my appreciation of the capacity of women through my own life experience. My hero is my grandmother. She worked full time as a second grade teacher for over 40 years, was married to my grandfather (whom she loved) for over 50 years and still had time to teach me about fun, creativity and love. I am a big sister to eight, (six of whom are girls), and I have three nieces and a female Golden Retriever!

I was born courageous, a learner and a catalyst for change. Seriously, I have memories of this in first grade. What traits were you born with?

I truly believe people are created with the capacity for incredible resiliency, growth and creation. Of course, this is what coaching is all about – supporting another person as they find their truest self.

Sometimes each of us may find ourselves feeling trapped or lost or in a “rut.” I know because I've had many challenges in life. I’ve “reinvented” myself several times! I want to support you as you find your powerful self in your business, with your health, in your spirit and with relationships.

I have had my own training & development business for over fifteen years where I create training strategies, workshops and online learning “stories” for businesses. Five years ago I hired a coach for myself and it was such a fabulous experience (Thanks Mary Beth!) that I decided to become a coach! I received my coach training from The Hudson Institute in Santa Barbara, California and I am certified by the International Coach Federation.

I live in Vancouver, Washington and I spent many years in California, as well as Arizona and Missouri. I love the outdoors, gardening, writing, animals, hiking photography and tropical beaches! My future goals include building my Compass business, more international travel, writing a book and having a wonderful marriage.

I love working with women who have lost their confidence, business owners or women who would like to start a business.
