My goal is to to serve others and make a positive, lasting difference in the lives of other people, who will in turn do the same in other people's lives. I have learned the masteries and the probing questions that have led to the "aha" moments. I can help someone struggling with lack of clarity, balance or focus to attain those through the art of conversation...and truly hearing what is not being said.

Everyday I find some wonderful way God has touched my life and it always seem to come through others. Each time I write down that blessing, and thank God for it. I also let him know how I plan to play it forward.
About Me
Janice M. Ford is the President of N2Positivity Group, a company committed to helping individuals achieve their personal and professional goals. After 8 years struggling to create her own balance as a single parent working in management positions in the non-profit field, I am passionate about helping women actively choose how they want to spend their time, uncovering their next purposeful step of greatness, and reducing moments of self-doubt and financial stress. Prior to coaching, I have had over 20 years of results-oriented experience managing projects, people and programs, performing high level administrative functions and organizational problem solving. I an also coordinated and collaborated with teams on various projects, served as a trainer, speaker, and facilitated group conference calls. I graduated cum laude with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Mass Communications, a Bachelors of Science degree in Information Systems Management, and has completed graduate level coursework in Project Management. I enjoy spending time with my wonderful, gifted 10-year old son exposing him to spontaneous adventures and teaching him “by living as an example” the spiritual laws of fulfillment and serving others.
