About Me

I no longer want to see sisters in bondage, in an invisible cage, not expressing our authentic selves--allowing fear and judgment to prevent us from expressing as God created us to be.   Sometimes we live in avoidance of who we really are for so long that we don't even remember our true selves.

My message is for sisters to return to our true selves through self-care. I show them the way by telling them to get some TLC--Tamara Lumpkin Coaching!  Through TLC, I share ways to give love to ourselves through self-care as a means of nurturing our potential within so that it can be expressed without.  My affiliation with Compass allows women (and enlightened men) to get regular, affordable coaching from me to have you operating from your greatness, as you were created to be, with TLC!

Know that your ability to know your true, authentic self is made possible through love. As a Kirk Franklin and the Family song goes, "The love that Jesus has given me loosed my shackles and set me free". Free your mind.  Free your spirit.
