About Me
My desire for every client is to call forth your greatness and to act as a catalyst for lasting change. I want you to have F-U-N, to tap into your "spark" as you live a life filled with an abundance of passion, purpose and prosperity. I believe living from the inside-out allows you to experience wholeness as you integrate your spirit, soul and body into every choice you make. This will allow you to live with joy and intentionality while making a positive impact in your relationships at home, in your community, in your workplace and the world.
I have been coaching now for over 8 years facilitating clients in private coaching, group telephone coaching and live group retreats. I received my training and certification as a Certified Professional Co-Active coach from The Coaches Training Institute (www.thecoaches.com) and have earned the professional credential of Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation(ICF). I am an advocate of this profession so with my PCC designation, I am able to support other professional coaches with mentor coaching to earn their ICF credentials.
In addition to partnering with Compass as a Certified Coach, I am the Co-Founder of The Leadership Collaborative which is a business community that supports leaders, teams and networks in business to renew their vision, find their voice and lead from this place of authenticity. My goal is to support leaders and teams navigate change with grace while experiencing vitality and sustainability, ultimately using profit for good to leave a positive and lasting legacy.

On a personal note, I have the joy and privilege of being a Single Mom to a 11 year old daughter who is my personal catalyst to my extraordinary life. We live in the Pacific Northwest and enjoy reading, outdoor activities and LOVE singing shows like American Idol and the Voice!
