About Me
As a Certified Professional Life and Business Coach, Brand Marketing Specialist, Inspirational Speaker and soon-to-be published Author, it is a privilege to be in a position to serve women who are searching for their purpose and ready to live their life with passion.
As a former Marketing Executive, I spent over 17 years building my career with several Fortune 500 companies including Church & Dwight, L’Oreal, Revlon and Reckitt Benckiser building some of the most recognizable brands in the world such as Lysol, Excellence Hair Color, Nair and OxiClean just to name a few. In addition to my corporate success, I also built a successful direct selling business part-time as an Executive Leader with Warm Spirit, a self-care and wellness company, leading a network of over 300 distributors spanning 11 states.
Although realizing great success in my corporate career and direct selling business, it took my own 2 year personal development deep dive to wake me up to my own purpose and passion: helping women reach their greatest potential in life and business. It was through my own personal journey that my company, Destined To Be Great, LLC “A Greater You By Design” was born and I connected with Compass Coaching to reach and serve more women like you.
I received my Bachelor of Science degree from North Carolina State University and my Masters of Business Administration degree from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business. I also received my Professional Coaching certification, as well as my Energy Leadership certification from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (IPEC). I am a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), the New Jersey Professional Coaches Association, the American Marketing Association, the National Sales Network New York New Jersey Chapter, and the National Black MBA Association. I am also a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
I am also now the second Vice President, a proud Coach and Presidential Ambassador with Compass, where I lead a network of over 250 representatives who are changing lives each and every day.
In my spare time, I enjoy volunteering with the National Brotherhood of Skiers, Inc. the largest winter sports organization in the country, where I proudly serve as Executive Vice President. I’m also an avid skier, certified professional ski instructor and assistant youth race coach.
