About Me
My career has been focused on the field of human resources. I have a broad generalist background but have also specialized in professional and college recruiting,leadership development at all levels of an organziation, design, development and facilitation of workshops and training programs, coaching and executive development and establishing diversity and college relations functions.
I have charted a new couse for my life work by my work with Compass as coach, as a facilitator and coach as an independent contractor and continuing to pursue other opportunities where my passion for helping individuals and groups be their best can be fulfilled.
