I have had 20 plus years in the positive change field-as a licensed mental health counselor in private practice, as the Co-Founder of GUTS teen seminars and Founder and CEO of CORE Seminars.
I have taught seminars for corporations and non-profits. I have served as a school board member for the Lake Stevens School District and was nominated for Woman of the Year by the Everett Soroptimist Club.
But more importantly than my work-I am blessed to have raised three healthy happy children and one step son. I have an amazing new grandson! And, been fortunate enough to be married to an exceptional man. I am healthy, happy and wake up every morning thanking God for all that I have.
