Terms and Conditions

The Compass Coaching Network was developed to educate and provide general information
regarding the subject matter covered. It is not intended to replace the counsel of other
professional advisors. The member client is encouraged to consult with his or her own advisors
regarding specific situations. While the Company has taken reasonable precautions in the publication
of blogs, articles, and products offered on the Company website and within this network and
believes the facts presented are accurate, neither the Coach, Company, nor the Company
Associates assume any responsibility for errors and omissions.

The Coach, Company and Company Associates specifically disclaim any liability resulting from
the use or application of the information contained in any of the content presented within the
Coaching Network or the Company site. The information provided in the Coaching Network and
on the Company site is not intended to serve as emotional, therapeutic, career, or relationship
advice related to individual situations.

Payment

Payment for your Coaching Network membership is due upon signup (see activation fees). Your membership requires a credit card number or checking account number to be placed on file to support the automatic billing and payment of your membership fees. This agreement does not hold you contractually liable to work with Compass for any specified period of time. Compass client memberships are billed on the 1st or the 15th of each month. Subsequent billings will be billed on the 1st if your original purchase was made on the 1st-14th of the month and on the 15th if your original purchase was made on the 15th through the end of the month. Updates to your billing, must be emailed to Customer Service 72 business hours prior to charge processing.

Activation Fee/Membership Fee

Activation fees (Basic = $19, Advanced = $39, Master = $59) are charged at the time of signup. This fee activates your client account and Personal Development Network access until your subsequent Client Membership fee has processed. Depending on the date of original signup, you will be charged your Client Membership fee based on our billing policy (see Payment section). Clients who cancel prior to the date that their first membership fee processes, will be cancelled effective on that cancellation date and access to the Compass site will be removed.

Cancellation

You may cancel your future month's subscription at any time. In order to process your cancellation,
please submit written notice 72 business hours prior to processing, via email to customerservice@mylifecompass.com or via mail to
5655 Silver Creek Valley Road, Suite 403, San Jose, CA 95138.

Privacy

We value your privacy, and will not sell or share your information with outside parties.

Confidentiality

In workshop forums individuals periodically share personal information. It is expected that anyone participating in such a workshop will honor the confidentiality of their peers. Gossip is never acceptable.  If it is found that you are engaging in or perpetuating gossip specific to members of your group, you will be removed from the network. Under those circumstances, no refunds will be processed and no additional
fees shall be levied.

Communication

In order for you to derive the highest level of value from the coaching process, it is important to let your coaching leader know when something isn’t working for you. We prefer that you let your coach knowin the moment you have a problem. Our primary focus is your success, and we realize that everyone learns differently. If you need your coach to change her approach, or to adjust her focus please communicate that request.

Personal Responsibility

As a Compass Client, you understand that neither your coach nor any agent of Compass functions as an employment agency, psychotherapist, counselor, financial analyst or business manager. You understand that all choices and all consequences of your choices (made outside of or as a result of coaching with your coach or a Compass representative) is entirely your responsibility. Neither your coach nor any Compass agent will be held responsible or liable for any outcomes or choices you make (and/or action you take) from the coaching relationship.

Standard of Excellence

At Compass, our success depends on the quality of the coaching we deliver. To maintain our standards of excellence, our coaching groups may be monitored to ensure the highest quality coaching is delivered. The monitoring of coaching groups is always confidential and conducted solely through our internal coaching team.
