Monthly Billing
Compass client memberships (payment charged at signup is your activation fee) and back office fees are billed on the 1st or the 15th of each month. Your subsequent billings will be on the 1st if your original purchase was made on the 1st-14th of the month and your subsequent billings will be on the 15th if your original purchase was made on the 15th through the end of the month. Updates to your billing, must be emailed to Customer Service 72 business hours prior to charge processing. See the Compass Clients section below for more information.
Upgrades

All Compass Certified Coaches and Executive Representatives must maintain a Master Client Membership. Coaches that downgrade their membership will be removed from the Compass Coaching Program. Executive Representatives that downgrade will be also downgraded to a Representative type and will lose all Executive Representative bonuses and commissions associated with the Executive Representative Program. Compass Representatives participate in maximum compensation and National Team Pool. Compass Representatives ARE NOT eligible for Executive Bonuses such as, SRR Trip, Leadership Council, VP Car Program, SVP Car Program, Concierge, and TET calls. Compass Representatives can upgrade to Executive level (no kit shipped) at any time (contact customerservice@mylifecompass.com or by calling 866-341-8618 x0) for exact pricing based on your initial purchase. Trailblazer Program
Every Compass Representaive has the ability to upgrade to Executive Rep Status by becoming a TrailBlazer by November 30, 2011. There is no purchase required. If you do not qualify for TrailBlazer by November 30th your only upgrade option is to purchase. More information regarding the Compass TrailBlazer program can be found on the "Tools" page of your Representative back office. Contests and Promotions
Verification and payout for any contest and/or promotion that Compass runs, will payout in the commission cycle 1 month after the promotion ends. Example: If a promotion ends on 11/30/11, the promo will not be paid until 1-15-12. If the Qualifiers being used cancel at any time prior to the payout of the promo, their qualifications will not be applied towards the promotion. Compass also reserves the right to determine if new signups are valid. If the signups are not valid, the new signs up will not count toward any promotional awards. A valid sign up is a client or Rep with a valid name, email and a valid social security number that directly corresponds to the new signup. If a Rep or Client order declines prior to the promotional payout, Compass will treat that credit card decline as a cancellation.
