Compass Customer Returns, Refund and Exchange Policy

Client Monthly and Annual Memberships
  • Compass provides a money-back guarantee within 7 days from the date of original signup. Contact Customer Service within this time frame to obtain a refund (contacting your coach or enroller will not guarantee your cancellation).

  • Cancellations can be made after 7 days, but must be provided in writing to customer service within 72 business hours of the next membership processing date. A refund will not be given for monthly recurring charges that process. Customer Service sends an email confirmation of cancellation, be sure to phone before your membership charges if you do not receive this confirmation.

    Note: no refunds will be given after 7 days from signup.

    Clients who cancel prior to the date that their first membership fee processes, will be cancelled effective on that cancellation date and access to the Compass site will be removed.

  • Cancellation of Annual memberships after 120 days will be charged a 30% processing fee and any refund will be applied as credit toward a future Compass purchase. No refunds given after 120 days.

  • Representative Signups

    • Please refer to the above section on Client Memberships for information regarding 7 day refund timing for your client membership purchase. You must contact Compass Customer Service, as notification to your upline does not guarantee cancellation.



    • Return Merchandise Authorization’s

      • Customers must receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number from Customer Care at customerservice@mylifecompass.com or by calling us at 866-341-8618 x0 prior to shipping back any product.

      • A copy of the invoice must be shipped back with original product being returned. Product must be unused and in new condition.


        Account Holds

        • Holds cannot be placed on Representative, Coach or Client Accounts. Account needs to remain active with monthly payments processing or cancelled (please refer to cancellation policies). Accounts can be reactivated at a later date. Reps can reactivate within 12 months and only need to activate their account (payment of back office fees and monthly membership) at time of reactivation. After 12 months, Reps must re-purchase full representative Compass Rep or Executive Rep package. Please be advised that reactivation of a Coach Account may require retaking Coach Certification Training. This is at Compass' discretion. Please refer to the Compass Coach Opportunity Agreement for more information.


        Compass Coach Certification/Coaching School Training

        • Compass Coach Certification/Coach Training School is non-refundable and non-transferable. If you cancel as a representative prior to fulfilling your payment plan obligation, all previous payments will be forfeited. If you decide to delay to a later class, you will still be required to continue with your scheduled monthly payments and enroll in a new class within 6 months. A $250 transfer fee will apply.


        Enterprise Training

        • There are no refunds or transfers for Enterprise Representative or Coach Training. Please refer to the policies page to see the details and requirements for each program.


        Physical Products

        • You have 7 days from purchase, to contact Customer Service to receive an RMA to return your product. Within 2 weeks from the issuance of the RMA, the items must be received at our fulfillment center.

        • All physical products must be returned new and unused for a refund to be issued. Refunds will not be issued for used items.

        • We will refund the original order, less shipping, within 30 days of the receipt of the package (with an RMA).

        • Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

        • Customer must call 866-341-8618 x0 to receive an RMA prior to sending back the product(s).

        Gift Kits and Packs

        • Gift items are non-refundable.

          Digital Products

          • Digital products (such as eBooks and 90 Day Coaching Programs) are not eligible for return, refunds or exchanges.

          Refund Timing

          • Please note that we will address all return and refund inquiries within 7 business days from the date of the written request. Purchases made with credit cards will be refunded to the original credit card for the order within 30 business days. Please allow and additional 3-5 business days for the credit to post to your credit card once you receive an email confirmation from Compass.  Please allow 30-45 days for checks to be mailed for refunds.

          Events
          • Event registration fees and other fees associated with events are non-refundable and non-transferable.

          *Compass will abide by Canadian law for returns, exchanges and refunds for purchases made in Canada.
